365i is a trading style of BSolve IT Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company number 04607330). Registered address: BSolve IT Limited, 5 Epping Close, Barton Seagrave, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 6TR.
365i functions as both data controller and data processor. A designated Data Protection Officer is available at the registered address.
What Information We Collect

By submitting your data, you consent to this transfer. 365i takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with the GDPR.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specific retention periods:
- Invoice data: Minimum 6 years (UK law requirement)
- Log files: Rotated every 12 weeks; anonymised data may be retained longer
- Infrastructure backups: 12 months
- Web hosting data: 30 days
- Post-deletion backup restoration: Maximum 180 days for complete data removal from all systems
Your Rights (GDPR)
Unless an exemption applies, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information (you can also update your details via the 365i control panel)
- Object to our use of your data and request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (via email unsubscribe link or written request)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office

In the event of a data breach, 365i will:
- Notify affected individuals within the timescales required by the GDPR
