You pay 365i a fixed monthly fee for our management of the AWS server. AWS infrastructure usage (EC2 compute, storage above the 20 GB included, and bandwidth above the 2 GB included on every plan) is passed through at AWS pay-as-you-go rates with zero 365i markup: you pay exactly what AWS charges us. The per-GB rate and your estimated monthly cost are shown to you in the live build configurator at my.365i.co.uk/build-server before you commit, so you can size your allowance against the actual workload.

By default, servers are provisioned in the EU (London) region for optimal UK performance. You can choose any of AWS's currently available regions from the build configurator at the time you order. Contact us if your procurement requires a specific region.

Your server is fully managed through our control panel, which provides everything you need. For advanced users requiring direct AWS console access, please contact our support team to discuss your requirements.

We monitor your server continuously and contact you if you're approaching the included allowance or trending towards an upgrade. Additional bandwidth and disk space are billed at the AWS pay-as-you-go rate with zero 365i markup, so there are no penalty overage rates, only the actual cost of the resources you use. If a higher plan tier would work out cheaper for your sustained workload, we'll recommend it.

AWS servers run on Amazon EC2 infrastructure with access to AWS's global network. 365i Cloud servers run on our own optimised infrastructure. Both include the same management and support, choose based on your specific requirements.

Absolutely. AWS EC2 instances are designed for enterprise workloads. Our managed AWS servers handle millions of requests per month with consistent performance. Auto-scaling recommendations are included if your traffic grows beyond your current tier.

I’ve had a few websites over the years, so I thought I knew what to expect… I didn’t. The new Lockerfella site is way beyond anything I had in mind. The big one for me is performance. I know how important Google PageSpeed is, and this site hits 100 across the board, which I never thought I’d see. Fast, solid, and done properly. 365i is easily the best hosting I’ve used, with a team that really knows their stuff. You’d have to be mad to go anywhere else.
