Free SSL (Let’s Encrypt) provides domain-validated encryption, it proves the connection is secure. Simple SSL (£49.99/year) adds organisation validation from GeoTrust, meaning the certificate authority verifies your business identity. Extended SSL (£249.99/year) provides the highest level of validation with your business name displayed in the certificate, plus a $1.5 million warranty against mis-issuance.
