The recent glitches with our billing & reporting system have been corrected!
The problems appeared on 30th September 2022 and the billing dev team have been working hard to trace the glitches and eradicate them. This morning, we were able to confirm that the overnight automated renewals were processed seamlessly, and the correct automated notifications were sent.
We apologise once again for the problems earlier in the week that affected a handful of customers. Again, your payments were received successfully, it’s just that they were incorrectly recorded on our systems. These were all manually updated & corrected at the time.
