Why .jetzt suits a campaign, not a company address
Jetzt is an adverb, and that governs everything about how this extension works. It earns its place when the whole address reads as a phrase a German speaker would say out loud: buchen.jetzt, umziehen.jetzt, spenden.jetzt. Bolt it onto a company name and you get a domain that reads like an unfinished sentence, which is the practical reason .jetzt works as a campaign tool rather than as a permanent business address.
Its ownership history is odder than the marketing suggests. IANA's delegation record shows .jetzt going to New TLD Company AB, a Swedish firm, in March 2014. It moved again in March 2018, in a batch transfer covering the .academy domain and 195 others, and is now operated by Binky Moon under Identity Digital in Bellevue, Washington. A German-language extension, run from the United States, on infrastructure that publishes no port 43 WHOIS server at all: IANA lists only an RDAP endpoint for it.
One thing to be clear about before you buy. Google treats any extension ICANN has not classified as a country code as generic, so .jetzt sends no German geographic signal whatsoever. It is a marketing device. Keep something else as the address people type.

These two are not competing for the same job. A .com is the address a customer types from memory a year after they first heard of you. A .jetzt is the thing you print on a poster for six weeks.
Buy the .com first if you have any doubt at all. Then, if a German campaign needs its own address, add the .jetzt and point it at the landing page. Reversing that order, running the business on the .jetzt and leaving the .com with somebody else, is the version of this that goes wrong.
